Sales-Driven Marketing & PR Executive – Riyadh
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital & Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and enhance the online presence, brand visibility, and digital outreach of a growing international recruitment and staffing firm.
The role involves end-to-end management of social media platforms, website updates, online campaigns, and digital branding initiatives, with a strong focus on generating engagement, brand awareness, and inbound leads. The job is based in India.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content related to recruitment, hiring, jobs, company updates, and employer branding
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, and audience growth
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in coordination with internal teams
Website Management
- Update and maintain the company website with job postings, service pages, blogs, and announcements
- Coordinate with developers or vendors for website improvements, updates, and technical support
- Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns including social media ads, hiring campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives
- Support lead generation campaigns for recruitment and staffing services
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and conversions
Content & Branding
- Create basic creatives, captions, reels, banners, and posts (coordination with designers where required)
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare monthly digital marketing and social media performance reports
- Coordinate with recruitment, business development, and management teams for content planning
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Strong computer skills including MS Office and digital marketing tools
- Good understanding of content creation, posting schedules, and engagement metrics
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
