the Forex market, Indian stock market, cryptocurrency trading, and CFD platforms. Proven
track record in driving revenue growth, developing high-performing sales teams, expanding
market presence, and implementing competitive go-to-market strategies. Adept at building
strong client relationships, optimizing sales operations, and leading cross-functional teams in
fast-paced financial trading environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy & Leadership
o Develop and implement sales strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention,
and revenue growth across Forex, Equity, Crypto, and CFD products.
o Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
o Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine
sales approaches.
• Business Development
o Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand business reach in
domestic and international markets.
o Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients, institutional traders, and
brokerage partners.
o Drive B2B and B2C sales initiatives to enhance brand presence and product
adoption.
• Operational & Performance Management
o Set KPIs, monitor team performance, and ensure consistent achievement of sales
goals.
o Collaborate with product, marketing, and compliance teams to optimize
workflows and improve the client experience.
o Oversee onboarding processes, sales documentation, and KYC/AML compliance
for trading clients.
• Product Expertise
o Provide expert-level guidance on Forex trading, equity trading platforms,
cryptocurrency markets, and CFD instruments.
o Conduct product training, webinars, and strategy sessions for clients and internal
teams.
o Offer insights to product development teams for enhancing platform features
and tools.
• Client Relationship Management
o Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and institutional clients.
o Manage escalations, understand client needs, and deliver tailored trading
solutions.
o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
