Job Description

Hiring: Real Estate Compliance cum Account Manager – UAE

 Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end compliance for property buy & sale transactions (ready, off-plan, secondary)

  • Review SPAs, MOUs, transfer documents, and ensure compliance with RERA, land department & escrow regulations

  • Coordinate with brokers, developers, legal teams, auditors, and authorities

  • Oversee client accounts and act as a single point of contact for buyers, sellers, investors, and developers

  • Track payments, escrow movements, off-plan & WIP projects

  • Handle monthly closing, reconciliations, reporting, and audit support

  • Ensure adherence to real estate laws, tenancy regulations, and AML/KYC standards

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, or Real Estate

  • 5–10 years of experience in real estate compliance, transaction management, or property accounting

  • Strong knowledge of off-plan regulations, escrow rules, and project/WIP accounting
