Hiring | Compliance Associate – Dubai

Role Summary

  • Support client onboarding, KYC, and AML activities in line with regulatory and internal compliance standards

  • Perform due diligence, risk assessments, documentation review, and ongoing monitoring

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct KYC, CDD/EDD, and AML risk assessments

  • Review and maintain accurate client and compliance records

  • Assist with ongoing monitoring, periodic reviews, and regulatory reporting

  • Analyse and report KYC/AML data

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve compliance queries

Requirements

  • 2–4 years experience in KYC, AML, or Compliance (financial services)

  • Strong knowledge of AML regulations and due diligence processes

  • Hands-on experience with World-Check One & FIA Tech Docs

  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
