Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial, commercial, and trading clients across the UAE

  • Market and sell petroleum products including fuel oil, diesel, furnace oil, marine fuel, lubricants, and bitumen

  • Achieve assigned sales targets, margins, and volume commitments

  • Prepare quotations, tender submissions, and commercial proposals

  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply contracts in line with market movements

  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries to customer sites, ports, or terminals

Market & Client Management

  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging market segments within the UAE

  • Conduct regular client visits, site meetings, and follow-ups

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and long-term contracts

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demand

Compliance & Coordination

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with UAE laws, regulations, and local authority requirements

  • Coordinate with finance teams for credit approvals, invoicing, and timely payment collections

  • Maintain accurate customer documentation in line with KYC and compliance requirements

Marketing & Reporting

  • Support marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility in the UAE market

  • Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, and customer databases

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities

  • Sound understanding of UAE market regulations and business practices

  • Results-driven with strong commercial acumen

  • Ability to work independently and perform under pressure

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
