Roles & Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial, commercial, and trading clients across the UAE

Market and sell petroleum products including fuel oil, diesel, furnace oil, marine fuel, lubricants, and bitumen
-
Achieve assigned sales targets, margins, and volume commitments
-
Prepare quotations, tender submissions, and commercial proposals
-
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply contracts in line with market movements
-
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries to customer sites, ports, or terminals
Market & Client Management

Identify new business opportunities and emerging market segments within the UAE
-
Conduct regular client visits, site meetings, and follow-ups
-
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and long-term contracts

Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demand
Compliance & Coordination

Ensure all sales activities comply with UAE laws, regulations, and local authority requirements

Coordinate with finance teams for credit approvals, invoicing, and timely payment collections
-
Maintain accurate customer documentation in line with KYC and compliance requirements
Marketing & Reporting
-
Support marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility in the UAE market

Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, and customer databases
-
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management
