• All purchases for digital services (including job postings, memberships, and course enrollments) are non-refundable once access has been granted.

• Since our offerings are intangible and instantly accessible, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

2. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same product or service due to a technical error or duplicate transaction:

• Please contact us at contact@almeslek.com with your payment receipt.

• Upon verification, the duplicate charge will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Subscription Services

• If you have subscribed to a recurring service, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

• Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

• No partial or pro-rata refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods.

4. Failed Service Delivery

If you are unable to access a service (e.g., your job listing or membership benefits) due to a system error on our side:

• Please notify us immediately.

• Our team will resolve the issue, or if not possible, issue a full refund for that specific purchase.

  • Reason for refund request
