Job Description
Hiring for Sales Manager – Kuwait
• Drive end-to-end sales for Data & Analytics solutions across enterprise clients
• Develop sales strategies aligned with business growth objectives
• Lead pre-sales activities, including solution positioning, presentations, and proposal development
• Manage complex sales cycles, including RFP responses, bid preparation, and negotiations
• Identify new business opportunities in the Data & Analytics space and expand market presence
• Collaborate with technical, delivery, and product teams to create tailored client solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies
• Leverage an existing network in the UAE to create new leads (highly preferred)
• Support revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 12+ years of sales and pre-sales experience in the Data & Analytics industry
• Strong understanding of RFP processes and enterprise-level sales cycles
• Knowledge of analytics tools and data-driven decision-making is a plus
• Strong UAE market connections are highly desirable
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills
• Proficiency in English required; Arabic is an advantage
