The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, with 2–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in Retail or FMCG. Strong expertise in SEO, paid advertising, social media management, content creation, and data analytics is essential. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and social media management platforms is preferred. Excellent communication skills, creativity, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently or in a team are required. GCC experience is an added advantage.
