Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and online advertising.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets and content.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns to optimise results.
- Assist in managing relationships with external partners, such as agencies and vendors.
- Help organise and attend promotional events and trade shows.
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly.
- Gather and analyse consumer behaviour data (e.g. web traffic and rankings) .
- Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising material (e.g. brochures and newsletters) .
- Keep organised records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.
- Prepare regular sales forecasting reports.
- Monitor competitors’ marketing activities.
